At the Tyler Childers Official Online Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your merchandise is damaged or doesn't fit quite right, you may return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return begins its journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
